Welcome to Alpha Capital Flow. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Client," or "Investor") and Alpha Capital Flow ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") governing your access to and use of our platform, services, and financial instruments, including but not limited to stocks, foreign exchange (forex), and cryptocurrencies (collectively referred to as "Assets").

By accessing, registering, or using any service provided by Alpha Capital Flow, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform and any related services.

1. DEFINITIONS

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By utilizing the Alpha Capital Flow platform, you affirm and warrant that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms.
  • You are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and market standards while using our services.
  • You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where the use of Alpha Capital Flow’s services would be unlawful or restricted.

Failure to comply with these Terms may result in the immediate termination or suspension of your account.

  • Have completed all Know Your Customer (KYC) and verification processes as required by Alpha Capital Flow.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

  • Any additional personal or financial information required for compliance.

*4.2. User Responsibilities*

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must immediately report any unauthorized access or suspicious activity to info@alphac-flow.com.
  • You may not share your account details or allow third parties to access your account.

*4.3. Account Suspension and Termination*

  • Alpha Capital Flow reserves the right to Suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.
  • Restrict trading activities if any suspicious, illegal, or fraudulent activity is detected.

5. FINANCIAL SERVICES AND RISK DISCLOSURE

*5.1. Available Trading Instruments*

  • Equities (Stocks): Publicly traded company shares.
  • Foreign Exchange (Forex): Trading of global currency pairs.
  • Cryptocurrencies: Digital assets such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, and others.

*5.2. Market Volatility and Investment Risks*

  • Trading in stocks, forex, and cryptocurrencies is highly speculative and involves substantial financial risk.
  • Market conditions may change rapidly, resulting in significant losses, including the complete loss of invested capital.
  • Past performance is not indicative of future results.

*5.3. No Financial Advice*

  • Alpha Capital Flow does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice.
  • Any content or information provided on the platform is strictly educational and should not be considered as financial advice.

6. FEES, CHARGES, AND TRANSACTION COSTS

  • Users may be subject to trading fees, withdrawal fees, overnight holding fees, and service charges, all of which are displayed on the platform.
  • We reserve the right to modify our fee structure at any time.
  • Failure to maintain sufficient funds in your account to cover applicable fees may result in account suspension.

7. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE AND REPORTING

  • Users must ensure compliance with all applicable financial laws and regulations.
  • Alpha Capital Flow may require additional verification for compliance purposes, including identity verification, proof of address, and source of funds documentation.
  • Any attempt to manipulate the market, engage in insider trading, or violate financial laws will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

  • Market manipulation, including but not limited to pump-and-dump schemes, spoofing, or wash trading.
  • Unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
  • Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal financial activity.
  • Use of automated trading software (bots) unless explicitly permitted.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in permanent account suspension and may be reported to regulatory authorities.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Alpha Capital Flow is not liable for losses resulting from market fluctuations, technology failures, or unforeseen economic events.
  • We do not guarantee profits or financial success.
  • Users acknowledge that they assume full responsibility for their trading decisions.

10. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

  • We collect and store personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • User data may be shared with third-party service providers for compliance and operational purposes.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.

12. AMENDMENTS AND MODIFICATIONS

Alpha Capital Flow reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
